  • Do you ship worldwide?
    • YES ! We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t on our account creating list, just contact us with the list of products you are interested on and we will contact you with the shipping option cost (FedEx, UPS, National Post, DHL..). Please, mention your country and post code on your email.
  • Do you have free shipping as of a certain amount spent?
    • Yes, you enjoy free shipping if your order exceeds 99 euros VAT included and shipping cost excluded. This promotion is only valid for orders to be shipped to Peninsular Spain and is not applicable for all other destinations.
  • Is the Prusa i3 - DIY a full kit?
    • YES ! Once you assembled the Master Kit you will be available to start printing! This kit includes an aluminium heatbed and a height sensor for auto-calibration system.
  • Does the Prusa i3 - DIY print different filament materials?
    • YES ! We have tested and print with great results: ABS, PLA, Nylon, LayWood filaments...
  • Does the Prusa i3 - DIY  include software?
    • Yes, we provide you the software necessary to run your printer once assembled. We personally recommend you: Pronterface as host, Slic3r as slicering software and Marlin as firmware 
  • How long does the order take to be delivered?
    • Orders without leading time are shipped within 24h. after payment cleared. Orders including Master Kits take around 24/72h. for preparing and packaging. Once order is shipped it depends on the carrier and destination country, e.g.:
      • Europe shipped by UPS STANDARD:  5/8 days
      • South America shipped by National Post Economy: 10/20 days
      • South America shipped by TNT Economy: 4/8 days
      • Turkey (small parcels) DHL Express: 2/6 days
      • Turkey (medium/large parcels) TNT Economy: 4/8 days

IMPORTANT: Orders out EU may require to pay customs according to each import country polices. Taxes & Fees are importer responsibility.

 
  • I have an EU VAT valid number, Can I order  VAT excluded?
    • YES! You only need to register your account normally including your VAT number at its “Company name” filling box. After this your account will be able to see products VAT excluded and you can order directly in our webshop
