1. Data protection and privacy policy

All information submitted through the web or email, will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December, on Data Protection. 3D Printers-shop insists its commitment to responsible use of confidential data and ensuring their use in accordance with legal requirements and will only be used for 3D Printers-shop to perform basic administrative tasks and our communication. 2. Payment & taxes

We accept payments through PayPal, Bank transfer and Credit / Debit Card.

Prices on the website are 21% VAT INCLUIDED.

European companies can buy requesting VAT exclusion. For this process company will provide us a VALID EUROPE VAT. For this procedure, please contact us before order by email.

Payment by bank transfer, would delay the shipment of the order since it was made after confirming the payment.

For payments made by bank transfer:

  • Please, include your order number at the bank transfer description.
  • Customer shall bear any costs that may require the completion of the bank transfer payment. In case of any fee would be charged to us, we will request it to the customer the extra money. Customer will pay immediately upon notification by 3D Printers-shop the amount requested. Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled and refund except the costs that bank would charge us by doing this cancellation procedure.

For payments made by Aplazame:

The user accepts that all their personal data are fully assigned to Aplazame from the moment in which the user has begun the hiring of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method.

This acceptance extends to third parties that have to access the files for the successful conclusion of the contract.

3. Shippings

We ship our products WORLDWIDE. Not all countries are included at the selection list for shipping. If this is your case, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will give you an exact price for shipping of your order. Shipments out EU and shipped vía National Post (Correos) are NOT insured and we are not responsible in case of lost or delay.

Our average time for order processing and preparation is 24/48h. from online order confirmation.

Shipments selected with Correos: International postcard,  DOES NOT include any trcking info neither insurance in case of carrier lost. In these cases 3DPrinters-shop IS NOT responsible of order not received.

For shipments outside Europe, we usually send via UPS Express Saver service.

For UPS shipments, delivery times vary depending on the country of delivery, but with an average of about 5/8 working days.

Shipments of promotional orders, discount codes  orders and / or free shipping will be arranged with the courier or national post services with their economy shipment options. Leading and processing orders and shipping times on vacation and / or holiday periods, could be increased.

Do you have free shipping as of a certain amount spent?

  • Yes, you enjoy free shipping if your order exceeds 99 euros VAT included (shipping excluded). This promotion is only valid for orders to be shipped to Peninsular Spain and is not applicable for all other destinations.

International Buyers!! – Please Note.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

5. LCD displays warranty

LCD / DLP displays for 3D resin printers are considered as consumables, so they are not covered by warranty. The useful life time of these consumables depends mainly on its own use, so it is not possible to set a specific replacement date. The parameters that can affect its useful life time are for example; hours of use, exposure times, humidity and environmental temperature, printer maintenance and fans cleaning, etc.

6. Returns and replacements

   According to the e-Commerce European Directive, there will be 14 days from receipt of order for a free return without, customer will pay shippings for both ways. Shipments including glasses are NOT COVERED by insurance while shipping and we are not responsible of broken pieces (glasses), even we very try to ship all this items perfectly packaged and protected.

    All our electronics are covered under warranty for six months from the date of delivery signed on the delivery courier's document. If after this time, a replacement is required, the cost of this process is paid by the customer. After receiving the product at our facilities, this will be checked and tested. If it's evident that the electronics have not failed or failed but not caused by production errors, the customer will have to pay shipping again. Otherwise, the customer must pay the re-shipping back to your destination.
